Are there any additional fees I have to be aware of?
No, we don't work with any hidden costs or agency fees. At freelancermap.com you only cover the cost of your premium or business membership.
How long is the period of notice?
The period of notice is always one month before your current payment interval ends. When selecting the monthly payment interval, the notice period is reduced to 14 days. The notice may be given in writing or through our homepage.
How secure are my credit card details?
We transfer your credit card details directly to our payment service provider. At our side we merely store a so called “pseudo card number“, which in the case of data theft doesn ́t allow any conclusion to be drawn about your actual credit card details.
How can I cancel the contract?
You can cancel your membership directly through our website. The link therefore can be found in our FAQs. Alternatively you can also send us an email at office@freelancermap.de. Kindly remember to include your customer reference number if you send us an email.
